Answer:	The chatter is caused by your windshield wiper arm not being allowed to move both ways the blade has to move right and left within the arm

Answer:	It can but all it does is cause the rain drops to bead up. If no wind can get to them they will remain on the surface. Rain X works best at speeds over 50.

Answer:	Thank you for asking and this is a good question. Please do not use the original Rain-X for windshield washer fluid. It can damage several of those system components as it was not designed for this use, and I recommend you keep it off of your paint as well. If you accidentally get some on your paint from a normal application, quickly wipe it off and then reprotect the area with a quality wax. Rain-X does make multiple windshield washer fluids, like 'bug remover' or '2-in-1' and they are typically offered in one-gallon containers.
