(I noticed on my 2003 Grand Am it blinked for 10min, went solid and then went out.) 3) Turn key to OFF position, wait 5-10 seconds, then try to start car. It will likely take a moment to start as the computer is relearning the codes. (It took me about 5-6 seconds of cranking to get it to turn on) |

| Answer: | Amazon says no. Go to Autozone find the part number and cross reference with Amazon for best price. On my Blazer the ignition switch was sticking. I found some graphite at O'Relley's and powdered the key several times an d inserted it in the ignition. So far so good, knock on wood, just needed a little graphite to slick up the tumbler pins. Your other alternative is go to GM dealer and get matching tumbler to your old one. This will keep you from having to have two separate keys for door and ignition which becomes a pain if you have more than one GM car on a key chain like myself, Good luck |
