Answer:	I can't speak strictly to the "build butt" muscles part but I love my simply fit board. It has really helped in an overall way. My hubby says my butt looks good but that could be a combination of working out on the board and losing weight. I stuck to the original dvd though as it is quick 10 minute workouts.
Question:	Can this dvd be used with a normal (round) balance board? Or does the different shape make the exercises very different
