By pressing the 2 Black buttons on the end, Pressing the MODE button is the big Silver button in the center, advances through a series of set functions displayed in order. MONTH - DAY - HOUR AM/PM - MINUTE. Pressing the SET button changes the number within the function setting. MONTH and DAY SET: Press MODE to arrive at MONTH position. Press or hold SET until correct MONTH appears. Press MODE to arrive at DAY position. Press or hold SET until correct DAY appears. HOUR and MINUTE SET: Press MODE to arrive at HOUR position with A=AM or P=PM to the right. Press or hold SET until correct HOUR appears. Press MODE to arrive at MINUTE position. Press or hold the SET button until correct MINUTE appears. Press MODE then SET to return to NORMAL DISPLAY (Hour/Minute) with flashing colon. | Answer: | it may withstand a light rain or drizzle, but if immersed in water or in a downpour, i doubt it will seal out the water. there is no rubber sealing around the battery compartment either, in fact my battery compartment lid will not even stay on, so the battery compartment remains exposed. fortunately, i do not use the battery, since i do not need a clock. if you don't need a clock, then the compass and thermometer may be waterproof/water resistant. |

Also, these have an off-set hub instead of a center hub so the create a little wider footprint from the outside edge of one wheel to the outside edge of the opposite wheel. | Answer: | Yes it will fit, I have that same spring mounted in one of my mounts. I have the large spring in another one, they work great. A third mount I have runs a big ham radio antenna, so I happened to replace the stock screws with large 1/ inch screws to make it a little stronger hold. But these are great mounts, and you can just remove them when you go to sell the truck. |
