Answer:	There are video on YouTube that show how, Basically you have to Disconnect the battery, For safety, turn the Key to the on position, Not start, Look at the New ignition, locate the one way spring loaded Keeper. on the New cylinder, and Find the same spot on the steering column, there will be a hole where you can take a Thin Wire like a heavy paper clip, You have to feel around in the hole and Depress the Keeper spring on the old cylinder and the Old Ignition Cylinder will slide out. If Your old key is worn out, and You can Not turn to the on position, You are in Big trouble and the Cylinder has to be drilled out, and it is extremely hard to do and You will need a special set of Drill bits as some of the wafers are harden Steel, sold by https://baddogtools.com/product/z-14pc-multi-purpose-drill-bits/, but when I talked with a experience locksmith he didn't know about the drills as the wafers will dull regular High speed steel drill bits, But be careful as I came within 1/32 of destroying the steering column.
