It is machined from stainless steel hydraulic cylinder - has a 22 oz. capacity, and is able to handle pressures up to 30,000 psi. The full size cap makes adding solvents easy and spill proof. The 3-1/2" gauge makes setting the outlet pressure simple and accurate. Only a quarter turn is needed to open - or close the system. Our hose meets the SAE J30R9 standard for safe transfer of gasoline and ethanol blended fuels. Answer:	Who Knows !!!! I have filtered > 500 gallons of gasoline without any problem. However, as an experiment when I first purchased it, I mixed about 1/2 pint of water and methanol in 1 gallon of gasoline. Under that scenario, the filter clogged after about 1 quart of gasoline was filtered. So, in conclusion, it will clog proportionally to the amount of contaminants in the fuel.

Answer:	Manufacturer recommends that you NOT clean it. Filter portion is not replaceable because it doesn't wear out and is self-cleaning since nothing sticks to the teflon coated filter material.

Answer:	I have tested this funnel. It absolutely DOES work in filtering gas/oil premix from water; and the premix does not affect the funnel performance. While I am not 100% sure what technology is used, the funnel DOES NOT simply rely on the difference in density to separate the water. In fact, you can fill the funnel with water...and none will go through. I validated this as well; and it functioned perfectly both before and after using with premix. Sorry "P", but you are 100% incorrect.

Answer:	In short no. It does not have to be added at every fueling but rather depending on how your vehicle responds. Most that buy the cans(11oz) rather than the quarts(32oz) are using for a passenger vehicle rather than a work truck. A good indicator is simply watching your mpg's. Miles per gallon are a good indicator of how efficiently your vehicle is operating. If you start to notice a drop from what you used to get, its a good time to use the 245 to help clean the fuel system. Every 15k is somewhat of a guideline but if your using different stations and getting different quality fuel, you might find that adding a can sooner will benefit you. Every car/truck is operating under different conditions but you may consider adding a can with each oil change or every 6 months. Basically whatever you see giving you the best results for your vehicle.
