I put the following information into their search 2016 FORD F150 2.7L V6 F/I - All it indicated that this the correct filter. There is a lot of information on their site. I have been very happy with the filter, I had a 2005 F150 that I put the full cold air intake on and truly do not think my benefit was any better than just using this filter with the standard air box. I did have a Ford mechanic suggest that probably be happier using the AEM filter with the standard airbox with my 2012 F150 because he said that it would get quite loud if I changed out the intake, I'm glad I took his advice. I pull a 1993 Jackson Omega horse trailer that weighs over 4000lbs empty, put 3 horses with that it goes over 7000 lbs and the truck does not complain. Well other than the gas guage!

I've checked a couple other sites as well though & it looks like the fd-4616 fuel filters are correct for the 6.0
