Answer:	The sheets are 12"x12" qty 10. So yes, you get 10 sqft. I don't know where the 4 sqft comes from. This kit worked well for me to do the outer skin on the 4 doors of my vehicle. I used two sheets per door for pretty good coverage.

Answer:	Not only that it has SSD mounts but it is really easy to use them. They slide in and out of the case and can be locked into place. You simply slide the mount out of the case, install the SSD, then slide the mount back in and lock it. This is a really nice case.

Answer:	The tiles are thick black rubber. They stuck together when setting them up side-by-side and essentially melted together. Wouldn't advise getting them anywhere near a heat source.
