Answer:	I know the pictures on these clips can be deceiving or confusing. Usually reading the fine print will answer your questions. In this instance, I got a small cardboard box with small individual plastic bags each containing the different types of clips. Then in a separate bag you get the remover. Yep, it would have been nice to get the plastic case, but 99.9% of the time it's sold separately. Nevertheless, the clips seem to work well and appear to be equivalent as the ones on my car so I can't complain. I'm fairly happy with my purchase. Hope this helps.
