Question:	Is this product safe to use on rubber
Answer:	Good afternoon. This product contains toluene which is a strong solvent and can attack rubbers. When cleaning a carburetor or any other part it's recommended that all o-rings and rubbers are removed or protected. If rubbers receive a superficial splash of the product they will probably be ok, but we advise against doing this. If a rubber gets soaked it's not necessarily damaged, but it is likely to swell. It may recover to its original size, but it can brittle. In short, no. The product is not safe on rubbers, but an o-ring may resist a spalsh.
