Answer:	Yes there is a slide control on the left side of helmet that moves the smoked lens up and down inside the helmet.

I use a blue tooth comms with the helmet and have no problem hearing other riders or when talking on phone. Not a top of the line 3 to 4 hundred dollar helment but gets the job done. Ive purchased three.
