Answer:	5 counting full open not actually clicks just gentle but positive pauses. First from closed is about 3/4" gap last one is almost full open

Answer:	You do not need to loosen the screw. There is a small black bar with an arror pointing to the front on both sides. Push towards the front , move the visor and it will come out. Replace the same way in reverse.

Answer:	According to the website, https://www.ymhelmet.com/product/ym-925/ ... YES. The presence, (to address any confusion about this,) of TINTING of a lens has NOTHING to do with whether it is UV resistant. Clear lenses can be UV transparent or reflective (or absorbing, I suppose,) and tinted lenses can be UV transparent, even when they're tinted very heavily, as I understand it. There are lots of safety glasses in the personal protection aisle of my local hardware store that are crystal clear and are advertised as offering UV protection.

Question:	How does these headphones attach to the helmet
Answer:	They do come with double-sided velcro and detachable clips, so you could attach it to any helmet. Just make sure they are positioned directly over your ears, at first I had them too far back and couldn’t hear them, but once I got them directly over my ears they are perfect which is so easy to use and I really appreciate the clever design.
Question:	What is the actual thickness of the speakers? I ordered from another seller and they were way too thick for my helmet
Answer:	About a quarter inch. My Bell full face helmet accepted them easily There is actually a netted area above the cheek pads behind which is a perfect spot to place the ear phones. I can't even feel them with my helmet on. The sound quality is also great would recommend to anyone.

Question:	Are there darker face shields available for the Torc TB27 modular helmet
Answer:	It has a tinted sheild that comes down from inside the helmet so there’s no need to tint the sheild.

Answer:	I haven't used this one yet, but with that being said my other Torc Interstate I could hear music with straight pipes on my Honda VTX at speeds over 80 MPH, but phone calls were a little quieter so I couldn't hear when I was faster than 65 MPH.
Question:	I wear glasses and was wondering if you're able to fit them inside the inner sun shield
Answer:	Yes glasses fit in fine, problem with the com system it stopped charging, so no com or music. Hide away sun screen is nice. Your head vibrates at speeds above 60 due to aerodynamic issues.
Question:	I purchased a helmet painted with flat paint. The paint has become tacky and looks terrible. Is there a way to fix this
Answer:	That happens sometimes when you use certain cleaners on matte paint. Unfortunately the paint is ruined. There is nothing you can do to fix it

Answer:	Works just like a full-face helmet, use the tab to push the visor up or pull it down. It comes with a clear visor as well.

Answer:	I've had two different torc bluetooth helmets, and yes it does ,all you have to do is link your phone up to it,it comes with a manual on how to do it.

Answer:	I think depressed up is open. BTW was hit by a car and wearing this helmet on 3/28/17. Took full impact on right side of Helmet traveling about 40 MPH after going over the handle bars. No head injury! Bluetooth still worked, visor popped off. I would recommend this Helmet.
