Answer:	I've flown with this on 30+ flights absolutely full and it fits snug under all regular seats, never had an issue. If there's an outlet next to the seat, or it's irregularly shaped (as some are) it won't fit, but I carry this as my "small" item with a roller and never had a problem.

Answer:	For my 13 Street Glide...yes. I have LEDs in all my lights now and a load equalizer was required. With out one, I had 2 trouble codes and the security "key" light remained illuminated without the equalizer. Hope this helps.
