Simply pop it into the floppy drive and open a file explorer window to it or a terminal or command window to it. It should see it and read it. If it does not read, or it asks to format it, do NOT format it. You will lose your data. If it does not read or see it, the issue could be with the floppy disk or the floppy disk drive.
