Answer:	They are aluminum, but rated to 1500 pounds loading capacity, which is more than enough. I've used mine to load Harley's (900 pounds) and observed NO flex whatsoever, and it's sturdy as hell. Anyone who says "they are junk" has either never owned one, or is paid off by a competitor to talk smack. BTW, if you had a 10 foot long,' four beam ramp made of steel, it would weigh about 150 pounds... and would therefore be unusable by a single person. So the question about material is irrelevant of you factor in that the ramp is rated to 1500 pounds, and comes with an extensive (and very uncommon) warranty. Check Titan's website for accurate information. Don't trust people on Amazon to do your homework for you...

Answer:	We use it for our two large golden retrievers to get in back of our ford 150 truck. It works very well and not sure what you mean by landing size.

Answer:	You can use a little geometry. If you want the ramp to not be as steep, order a longer one. But keep in mind how long it will be folded up in your car as well. It can be a trade off in smaller SUV like yours. You might have to be a little “steeper” in angle to get it to fit in your X3, thus you order a shorter ramp

Answer:	Don't know. They are made very well and are very sturdy. I have only used them for 0 turn lawnmower and 4 wheeler, side by side.
Question:	Is there any reason that two of these, would not work for a golf cart
Answer:	yes I use mine for a 46" John Deere every week very satisfied
Question:	Would ramp accomodate my generator with smaller wheels
Answer:	They are light weight, and fit nicely under 4 wheelers
