Answer:	You can mount it on a half helmet but I'm not sure how well this can work. Some half helmets don't cover your ears, which will make it difficult to hear since the earphones are supposed to mount inside the helmet right where your ears would be. Also, you microphone will be completely exposed whereas on a full-face helmet, the microphone will be inside the helmet and blocking some of the wind noise. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The matter of the clamp kits for the SMH-10 is relatively confusing. The Sena SMH-10 set for the Bell Mag-9 helmet has a special mic clamp/attachment setup that takes advantage of an exterior recess in the Bell Mag-9 and the Bell Qualifier DLX helmets. The regular Bell Qualifier helmet (without "DLX" on the end of the model name) does NOT HAVE THE RECESS. So, for the regular Bell Qualifier you need to buy the set with the regular clamp kit, not this one.
