Answer:	Only if your exposure on the camera is set at about 4 seconds for a still shot up close using a f3.5 lens. The lumens are too low to get any sort of illumination past 5 feet even with longer exposure time. Then again, if you have a camera taking still photography at night with exposures times that are numbered nearer to minutes than they are seconds... chances are you wouldn't be asking this question.

Answer:	this is a high temperature halogen light bulb. this part # is natural colored light; I don't know if there is a light changing version of this bulb. it is not supposed to be touched with bare skin to prevent body oils from getting on the bulb and possibly catching fire. I don't know what a lightsaber stand is, but my inclination is that this bulb would not be appropriate for it.
