Answer:	You should NOT screw the shroud to the projector. You can easily force the screw into a working component or it could affect the light output. Just use JB Weld, or Silicone. Or dont be cheap and buy $5 Projector Shroud Centric Rings that will make the shroud "click" on and off the projectors housing and wont require any screws (LOL!) or JB Weld.

Answer:	The motor is rated at 7.6 amps at max RPM being 3600, it's powered by 120v so at max speed the watts would be 912 watts. I x E = P, I= amps (7.6) x E= volts (120) P= 912 watts. Since the motor is a variable speed so will the amps are whatever the RPM's are.
Question:	Can i use led h1 bulbs? they are about 53 mm around, about as wide as the two nubs on the mating surface and i just bought them

Answer:	No, please do not do that. A 6" tool is balance for 6" pad which normally weights at 130 gram. If you put on a pad with different weight you will throw the balance off that will cause terrible vibration.

Answer:	I use this da sander with 80 grit to take paint down to bare metal, prime with a urethane sealer da sand with 400 sand 600 then paint. After I clear coat I use the same da sander with a 3M soft backing pad 1500 grit disc and wet sand, 3000 grit 3M trizac pad then polish with 3M finishing material and teal colored perfect-it pad. Looks great!

Answer:	Yes, as long as it's plugged in. Light switch & motor switch are separate.

Answer:	As with any motor of this type, it is best when bolted to a tool bench using the holes in the base. Or it can be clamped for ease of moving it out of the way when not in use.

Answer:	It has a 5/16nf threaded shaft appout 3/4" long that you could chuck up in a drill and use it that way, but this will almost certainly mess up the threads if you ever wanted to use it on a true sander. For drill use only it would work fine.

Question:	Are you able to change the light bulb for the outer lightube
Answer:	I am away from home for the holidays otherwise I would measure with micrometer. But I can tell you it is plenty thick enough to stand up to heavy duty scrapping. I am scrapping peeling paint from cedar shingles and it does a terrific job in getting every crumb. My son recommended to me. He said a professional recommended to him. Much better than putty knife type scraper.
