The two types of bulbs are NOT inter changeable.

I my case, did not matter because the 2 bulbs that came with the work light did not last as long as it would take to cook a 3 min. egg; fortunately, I included a box of 6 500 watt GE ProLine replacement bulbs for $12. Purchased mine several months ago and whether manufacturer has gone to a different bulb I don't know, unable to determine the type of bulb that came with mine since there was no description on the bulb, box, nor in the instruction manual.

Answer:	Personally, considering that these have 110v bulbs in it, I dont really see why you could not. Think of it this way. In your ceiling lights, cant you switch between a 40 watt light bulb, to a 100 watt one without any problems? The answer is yes, because the only real difference is how bright, and how much power that bulb uses. There is no regulator, converter, inverter, or anything else in these type of lights. Just power straight power to the bulb, with only an on off switch in the middle. These type of flood lights are the same. You do not want to go over the limit of what they recommend, because if you do, you deal with the extra heat, and the wiring in the device might not be able to handle the extra power draw, but going lower in voltage, lowers the amount of power used, and creates less heat, so there should be no problem going to a 100 or 250 watt bulb. You just would not want to go up to something higher, like say a 1000 watt bulb. So no, your bulb should not explode because you went to a smaller watt one.

Answer:	I bought these headlights for my BMW X3 from Amazon on Jan 2016. It's now 6/17/17 and one bulb just died on my last night. FYI: This X3 is a daily driver. So bulbs used everyday. So roughly the one bulb lasted me about 1 ½ years. Not good. They are dim and look great but definitely not a good set to buy for actual road lighting. I end up having to use my fog lights for extra light. Again looks great but sacrifice is in the illumination aspect. I come to realize this is mainly for aesthetic purposes as which I'm sure it was intended. Find better longer lasting bulbs with Sylvania. IMO.

Answer:	This is an Halogen bulb for H7 55w, it doesn't require ballast, because this is for HID light bulbs. however, you need to make sure if your car uses halogen bulbs (H7-55W) or HID bulbs, if your car requires HID bulbs (H7-55W) this light bulb doesn't fit your car, but if your car requires halogens it is the best choice. Cool white color, not blue not yellow at all. I strongly recommend this light bulb.

Answer:	Yes, they are the right bulbs for 2013 VW CC. Of course, these are true HID's. There is no such a thing as HID lights that are NOT true HID's. HID is type of lighting. Keep in mind that these are just standard factory HID bulbs. If you want blueish color, go with other bulbs rated at 6000K or higher.

Answer:	If you're 14 Sorento came with stock hid's, yes. My 14 Sorento came with stock hid's and I replaced them with these when one went out. Works great and no miss matching colors. A lot cheaper than buying them from Kia or Auto Zone
