Answer:	Negative, the "frequently bought together" list is just to try to sell you more stuff. You just need to buy 2 assemblies, each of which consists of the housing/reflector and an H4 lamp. On my 98 Cherokee they installed in 20 minutes.

Answer:	Yes but they have a hole in the reflector which allows moisture in and the reflector corroded. I have had to put my original lights back in

Question:	Are these made of glass and metal, or is the entire lens/housing made of plastic
Answer:	Most certainly glass and metal.
Question:	What is the bulb wattage that comes with the housings
Answer:	55w low and 60w high. Standard off the shelf H4/9003 bulb.
Question:	Aside from the included bulbs, are these housings shaped differently for high beam-only in a way that's better than the Hella high/low version kit
Answer:	1989 fj62 landcruiser. The housings are virtually identical. Be aware however the reflecting backs and/or lenses may be designed for a significantly different light distribution. If you’re thinking they may be brighter in low beam install, probably but may shoot too high and wide. Try higher watt bulbs in low beam housing but they are supposedly illegal for on road use. I use them and don’t get flashed. In my opinion the high discharge lights in newer vehicles are vastly brighter and frankly more obnoxious when coming at you than mine.
Question:	will these work for a hid conversion
Answer:	NO NO NO NO. They WILL NOT WORK. Just because you can cram a HID light into a halogen reflector headlamp does not mean its works. I can put gasoline in my tank of my diesel truck just as easy as diesel. Fits great. How does it run NOT!!!!. HIDs need a properly projector lense to aim and focus the beam. If you do not you will be one of those ILLEGAL jerks driving down the road blinding all the other drivers. People will swear they are not but they are either lying or have no clue what they are talking about. There is no way to properly aim HID bulbs in a halogen reflector headlamp housing PERIOD!!! Not only that but you WILL get pulled over eventually and they WILL ticket you for it and you desire it. IMO its more dangerous than driving fast and weaving thru traffic. At least with the latter you can see them and avoid them. But blinded you have no idea and at best just keep driving straight and hope you do not hit something until your eyes clear. To do hids properly you must use proper HID specific projector lenses end of story. Not to mention in the USA its 100% illegal to use anything but DOT approved headlamps for HIDs which means OEM assemblies retrofited to your vehicle. You get into an accident at night I promise you if its serious you will really really wish you had not installed those aftermarket HID lights. If your a minor you will bankrupt your parents likely for the rest of their lives. Really worth it to look cool.

Answer:	Glass lenses, metal housings and reflectors. If there was plastic in the construction at all (aside from the dust/moisture seal), I couldn't tell. They feel very sturdy and project way more effectively than a lot of the cheaper conversion kits.

However you need the D1 because you need the ignitor assembly with the bulb. The D2 and D4 do not have that component.

Answer:	Oh yeah. You should not just plug this in and go. These bulbs make a ton more heat than a stock 55/60 bulb. Buy a ceramic plug as well, otherwise the stock pug will just melt over time. I think I paid maybe 12 bucks for 2 ceramic H4 plugs on Amazon.

Answer:	I tried it in a Harley with a new ceramic plug and heavy duty wires, burned up the harness. Left me in the dark 60 miles from home!

Answer:	I installed them on my wife's 2011 Toyota sequioa and the only issue I had was the o-rings. Remove the o rings from your oem bulbs and install them on the optilux bulbs. The optilux bulbs will not go into the housings with the o-rings that come on them.

Answer:	H10/9145 iwill not fit an H7. I have used these H10s in 2 vehicles and was quite happy with them as my fogs.
