Answer:	Well... I guess they are plug and play. you plug them in and they work. They have three spade (blade) terminals which fit into the wiring connector. As others have said, wear latex gloves to handle them as body oil from your fingers will decrease bulb life. If you don't use gloves then do wipe the bulbs with rubbing alcohol to remove your body oil.
Question:	Has anyone have any problems with this bulb melting the headlight housing
Answer:	These should absolutely not melt the harness. if the harness melted that is, in this case, from high resistance in the plug usually from corrosion. be sure to put dielectric grease in the socket and bulb plug to ensure this doesn't happen.
Question:	What color temperature it is? 4300 warmer or cooler
Answer:	If you change warmer - cooler to yellower - whiter, then this are on the cool end (I.e. whiter)

Answer:	You generally start out with the car, and then see what bulbs fit it, but the 9005 is a single filament bulb, normally used as a high-beam element. It was said to be used by both GM and Dodge in some of their vehicles. Not sure what imports it all fits, but if your stock headlamp is a variety of the 9005 series, this bulb will fit. Sadly though, the Silverstar bulbs have a short lifespan. Good luck.

Question:	Can you use them for day time lights
Answer:	If by "day time lights" you mean, e.g., can they be installed in the car's normal headlight position/fixture and used during the day, of course they can. However, they are incandescent lights, and the longer they're on/used, the more quickly they'll run through their rated lifespan and need to be replaced. If you mean, e.g., can they be installed in the car's normal "running light" position/fixture (only comes on in daylight hours, when the car is put in a moving gear), again, sure they CAN, if they'll fit/work in the particular car's running light position/fixture. I'd probably avoid this, however, since these bulbs run pretty hot, and running light fixtures are usually smaller than headlight fixtures, with less ambient air flow around the bulb.

Answer:	The SYLVANIA - 9007 SilverStar Ultra - High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulb has a primary light output of 1000 lumens.

Answer:	The 9007 (HB5) bulb uses 12 Volts, has a 55 Watt low beam fil- ament producing 1000 lumens, and a 65 Watt high beam filament producing 1350 lumens
Question:	Do they give off that annoying bluish color or are they just like OEM only brighter
Answer:	They do not give off any blue tint. These are a very crisp white, closer to yellow than blue. These are the best legal 9007 bulbs I have found. In many states the blue tinted lights are illegal. Blue lights also give off less visible light than yellow/white lights, so avoid them not only for being annoying but also for being hazardous. These bulbs will not blind people or get you pulled over, and every car I've used them on has had great results (also have some friends that use them). Keep in mind that these bulbs don't last as long as others as the filament burns hotter I believe. I spend about 9 months a year driving 1.5 hours a night for various work projects and these are my bulb of choice. Hope this helps!

They have performed flawlessly for traveling throughout the US for the last 140,000 miles. Day, night, rough pavement, through rain and snow.. absolutely zero problems. The lights will not produce enough heat to the headlight lens to keep ice melted during the winter. But I have yet to find an LED that will do so.

Answer:	Color is 3400°k. Whiter than standard OEM bulbs, but not bluish. Perfect for long distance vision. (Bluer bulbs actually reduce distance vision as the blue coating absorbs a lot of light; and the eye has a harder time seeing in the blue spectrum due to smaller number of rods in the eye sensitive to blue, and that blue focuses in a different part of the eye). Point being, you lose a lot with the "whiter" bulbs. I purchased a set of these in Feb. 2017 and they're still going strong. Especially so, considering that I'm running with DRL on. Best Halagen bulbs you can buy.
