Answer:	I think you can dunk it in hot water. I used the microwave because it takes less time. Actually dunking it in hot water may even be better because the heating is more even than microwave.

Answer:	I'm not sure if it's what your talking about but, it does cone with a sleeve that has an elastic band to wrap around whatever you want.

Answer:	They freeze very quickly. I keep mine in the freezer all the time. They are filled with gel, so they freeze quickly.
Question:	will the gel pack getting hard like ice when leave in the freezer all the time
Answer:	Yes, if freezer is cold enough, the consitency will be like "frozen" icecream. If not too cold, it tends to be softer, but in either condition, it is durable, and flexible for use. I prefer them "as cold as possible" myself, but either way, very comfortable. I've got 15-20 of these (severe head trauma -- headaches) and use them daily. They last well, and are superb for the price.
