Answer:	For a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, their site states to buy an Extra Large (XL). I would agree with this, as I recently bought the XL size for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Limited, and it works, although slightly on the large side. I'd say for the next vehicle size up (Santa Fe), it will fit nicely.
