Answer:	Oh my...I have no idea. I would imagine dabbing it with a mild soap would do it, but that’s just a guess??? Hopefully you’ll get it out. My granddaughter loves her, she hangs it on her school bag. Good Luck!

Answer:	Vacuum it. Then take baby wipes and give the fur a bath. Let it air dry or cool shot it with blow dryer. Fluff it up with a soft brush or fine tooth comb. Do not get it soaking wet though. It's just surface cleaning. Hope this helps.
Question:	To the seller: how is the rabbit fur collected
Answer:	These rabbits are factory farmed for their fur in crammed cages with wire mesh bottoms so the waste can escape and the urine doesn’t literally scald the fur off of them from the filthy conditions. As a result, the fur on their feet rubs off (they have no toe beans, just foot wool) and they have to try to balance they’re weight to not rest on their cut bleeding feet. They are bred until they cannot breed anymore or raised until they’re about three months old, then they are killed—the softest fur that sheds the least is from the first “adult” coat of the rabbit. If it’s the actual pelt, hopefully the rabbit is dead before they begin to skin it but no one can know that since there is no standard or policy in place in China about the treatment of “agricultural” animals. And the seller definitely can’t know that—they just bought it from a warehouse supplier. They didn’t even make the doll let alone witness the rabbits. If it’s just the fur, as with angora wool, the fur is ripped from the screaming rabbits until they can’t regrow it. Then they are killed. They live in fear and suffer. If you want to know if rabbits can feel feelings, look up rabbit kisses on YouTube.

Answer:	No, the rabbits are not harmed making this keychain. I just received mine after realizing it was real fur and was wanting to return it, but when I opened it there was a note providing info saying "we assure everyone that the fur on this pom pom keychain is from farm raised animals. The animals' lived will not be affected by their change of hair(fur). We are aware of the importance of protecting animals. Therefore, we promise to use scissors in the production of fur instead of pulling by hand."

Answer:	Depends on type. The two most common—chain and stainless cable—are 8 oz. The kevlar cables vary from like 8 to 13 oz. I have the chain one. 8 oz. is a lot of keys—the four key rings in my house for cars and work might equal that. Even at the “maximum” weight—or a few oz. more—the Key-Bak will work fine.
