Answer:	No, it comes with the trays.. you will need to supply seasonings if you wish to use them (like for jerky) and you might want to get some tray liners.. but it is not needed.. you just have to scrub a little harder to get them clean without the tray liners.

Answer:	Yes, and it is easy. Watch for meat, roasts and lean steak, to go on sale. (I used a rump roast recently.) Chill it to almost freezing to make it easy to slice. Trim ALL fat you can. Slice as thin as possible. Put the slices in a bowl with the marinade. A mix of soy, Worchester sauces, black pepper and a dash of red pepper works well. I like to let them soak up the flavor overnight but a couple of hours does fine. Spread out the strips/slices on the racks and turn on the machine. If you have sliced pretty thin, it will be done in 4 to 5 hours, longer if thicker. Pretty simple. Good luck.

As an installer myself, the module that will go with that system, depending on the brand in my experience i would stick with either FLashlogic or idatalink or omega link! These 3 brands are awsome when it come to bypass modules. The module is called FLDL1 or FLDL FOR YOUR VEHICLE. But if i may suggest for almost the same price i would go with the keyless remotestart which is model number 4103 and use all in 1 keyfob that does the lock and unlock off of one remote then instead of carrying 2 keyfobs with you! Just a suggestion!
