Answer:	This alarm is activated when the strap/pin is separated from its body. There's nothing propriety about it or the cover. If the body is somehow attached to the cover (in a pocket or otherwise) and the strap is attached to the bike/vehicle, then if/when the cover is removed from the bike/vehicle, thus separating the strap/pin from the body of the alarm, the alarm is activated.

Answer:	The alarm is a screechingly-high pitch. When the switch is in the "on" position, simply pull the pin (and be prepared to put it back in quickly because it is so loud). If you pull the pin and the alarm is not triggered, the switch is not in the "on" position. With the oin pulled, put the switch in the "on" position, but once again, be prepared to put the pin back in quickly because it is so loud. I've never had the alarm triggered, but view this accessory as one of the best I bought for my Goldwing. Good luck.

Answer:	Hello, if you notice the cover has 4 pouches you can put the alarm in any of the 4 or you can put up to 4 alarms. I have one in the back and one in the front. The only way you can shut these alarms of is by putting the pin back in the hole. You know where the pin is on the bike so really you are the only one that can turn the alarm off. When you take off your cover remove the clip that is attached to the pin, and take the cover off.

We do have a kit listed for the 2017-2018 but have not yet been able to test to see if the kit will fit the 2019 model. While this kit might work for your bike, and the connectors maybe similar we just do not know 100%. The SRX system comes with a universal harness that will allow you to install the system to your bike. Installing the device is extremely easy. There will be no wire cutting necessary with our universal harness. This is due to the simplified 3 wire installation with our the SRX system. You only deal with a positive and negative ring terminal to be installed to the battery directly, while the third wire is a postitap that is to be installed on a 12V switched power wire such as a tail light running light or license plate light. Many of our customers have been able to install our system in minutes. It doesn't require a professional installer although some people do prefer to have a shop install it.
