Answer:	To help answer this question, a long time ago when I first smelled this in a car I picked up, I had no idea what black ice was. The first thing my nose picked up was a super strong Windex glass cleaner smell. I mean that in a good way, unless you for some reason absolutely hate the smell of Windex. I couldn’t figure out how this car smelled like it was literally washed in Windex. I noticed the air freshener hanging in the car and the rest was history. I hope this helps. At the end of the day it’s just my opinion.

It came with no instructions, and nowhere to get instructions for canning at all. I don't see where it is an "intelligent electric" at all. . . Hope this helps.

Answer:	Happened to me also, remove the sealing ring, make sure it is completely dry along with the lid, dry. Then flip the sealing ring over so that the wider side of sealing ring is on the bottom where it will seat with the cooking pot. That should do the trick.

How long does one of these typically last in a car

Answer:

It depends on the climate you live in. In really hot climates where the car temp is over 100 degrees most of the time- they will dry out faster than if they are left in a car that is only 80 degrees most of the time. If you put anything in an oven - the hotter the over - the faster it will dry out. Also- most people don't follow the directions on the package- If you follow the directions and leave the tree mostly in the package and remove the wrapper slowly over weeks, it will last alot longer. If you remove the whole wrapper it will dry out faster. All these conditions determine how long they will last.
