Answer:	They should work as long as you can claim them on the rail side of your truck bed

Answer:	You should be able to tell by looking at it. As long as there is enough rail exposed (top/bottom/side) for the mount to grab you should be fine. The bed liner on my '99 Tacoma needed access holes cut out in order to reach under the rails.

Answer:	I don't recall the actual length, but I mounted the shell on a long bed . . . 8ft. I recall having plenty leftover. BTW . . . I love the clamps. Really easy to mount and remove with the bolts on top.
