Do Not Exceed The Angles

Do not exceed the angles shown above for a roller fairlead. For a hawse fairlead, the angle should be as close to straight as possible. Use a snatch block to ensure that an off-angle pull will be avoided.

Question:	Where is it made
Answer:	Roller fairleads can be used with synthetic winch line if the rollers are clean and free of burrs/sharp edges. Running steel cable can often "scar" a roller, so you should clean it up if you want to use it with synthetic line. Hawse fairleads give you a slightly better approach angle since they stick out a little less from your bumper.
Question:	Do you just not the end after placing in spool hole? Or do you need a winch key on the end
Answer:	No, loop only on one end.
Question:	Why is a hawse better and why rollers can snap this rope
Answer:	Use a deep cycle batter which could provide at least 80A. Do not use LiFePO4 battery which can only handle constant amps.

Answer:	why do you need take the pulley off? to unwind the rope, you can pull a latch at right side of the pulley

Answer:	The Universal Mount Plate would be used if you have a bumper with a 4 bolt pattern of 3" x 4.875" installed on your machine. The plate provides an attachment point for the fairlead bracket. If you do not have a winch-ready bumper on your 2015 Polaris Rzr 900 ESP 50, then you will need Viper custom mount plate MA11906 to attach the winch to your specific machine.

Answer:	The plate is technically "L" shaped. It is 5 inches deep, 5 7/8 inches across, with a 2 inch high front area with 2 bolt holes for mounting the roller fairing. The flat part of the plate has8 pre-drilled holes for mounting. Hope this helps.
