Answer:	The winch comes with a Black & Red cable each 3ft long and a Blue & Yellow cable each 6ft long. These can be interchanged depending on where your battery is and where you locate the solinoid and winch.

Question:	What size wire is recommended to run from battery to winch
Answer:	I have just installed the 3000 lb version of this winch in a 2005 Kawasaki mule 610 using the Kawasaki mount plate. It fits with enough room left over that it's possible to get one's hand in to access the clutch knob. The in/out switch mounting is designed for attachment to a handlebar but it can be clamped (awkwardly) to the steering column. The (+) lead to the battery is not long enough to reach, if routed through the in-floor channel. I had to splice in a length of 8ga. wire to make the connection. As old a product as the mule 610 is, there likely isn't much call for this information.... yet here it is.
Question:	How many amps does the winch draw
Answer:	It's not too loud, I'd say a little louder than a cordless Drill. You absolutely cannot use any winch of this type for hours on end, you will burn up the motor. I'd say you can only use it about 5-10 minutes at a time (depending on load) and then you have to let it cool down 5-15 minutes before using it again. I don't know about the exact RPM but all winches (at least this type) are pretty slow. Speed also depends on the load. Fail to tighten the clutch may cause---

1. Pulling force is too low or no pulling force(machine make the sound like gear stripped).

2. Periodically stop working.

3. The cable is not locked, will spool out.

Most of issue you may met in using this machine could be caused by fail to tighten the clutch.
