Question:	Whats the largest frame that the hitch will fit on trailer. The brakets that install on the trailer for the bars from the hitch
Answer:	The largest (may I asume you mean longest distance the spring bar brackets can be installed from the center of the ball) would be a setup that when the install is complete and the TV and RV are in line and the RV is level, both bars loaded and you are essentially ready to travel. On my system with a Grand Design 2600 RB trailer, I mounted the brackets at 31" and both bars are still resting on the bracket with the bars hanging slightly beyond, to allow for turning a sharp radius. In summary, I believe that 31" away from the center of the ball is maximum, using the spring bars that were included in the 800lb package I used. Not being an expert by any means, I really just followed the directions.

Question:	What is the install location for the chain mounts? How far from the ball centerline
Answer:	The location really depends upon your trailer’s coupler and the shape of the A-frame. I would recommend hitching up the trailer and marking the A-frame above where the chain connects to the round bar. Keep in mind that when the chains are attached to the mounts and locked in place, you want the chain attachment point on the round bar to be aligned directly below the center of the mount, which may move slightly rearward as the bar flexes up to approach the mount (by perhaps 1/2”).

Answer:	About the Curt 17322 weight distributing hitch, the total length of the trunnion bar is 29.25 inches. The distance between the center of the pivot point and the center of the chain attachment is 27.5 inches. Chains are pre-attached. I haven't had the chance to use the hitch yet, but seems very sturdy. Weight rating is 800-1,000 lbs tongue weight and 8,000-10,000 lbs trailer weight.

Question:	How do I adjust the sway bar? Tight or with a little play in it? The instructions say NOTHING about the sway bar adjustments!! Help
Answer:	Get on level ground without any big turns...the sway bar should only be put on once you're heading out for the trip...I put mine on tight...used a wrench to tighten it to pretty tight...not super tight...bring the wrench incase you notice that it needs to be adjusted on the trip...so far with 2 trips...one was a close weekend trip and another was 2,500 miles...all I needed was the bar, my wrench and a rubber ended mallet...the tighter I made the sway bar...the better my trip was...that was just my experience...and I removed it when I had to make hard turns...
Question:	my 30 ft Jay Flight TT tonge wt is 800 but i plan on adding batteries to bring it close to 1000Ibs can I still buy 48058? Can I use my 2 5/16" ball
Answer:	I don't think it would be a good idea to run this unit at close to its maximum capacity. Trailers have a tendency to get loaded up over time, and I would not want to have a road incident where the insurance company could say I was running my rig unsafely. The 48069 1200 lb unit is only $5 more, I'd go with it. I'm guessing I'm at 600-700 lbs tongue weight on my trailer - it makes a huge improvement in handling. It comes with the 2 5/16" ball. You might consider an electric tongue jack, you'll find it really helps out to set the chains -- you have to jack the rig way up to do so, and most hand crank jacks don't have the range you need without a multi-step blocking and raising corner jacks routine.

Or shank, If you talking about the shank yes it is very solid,However didn't work my truck because it has a 10inch lift, so the shank was too short , so I had to buy another shank, which was a longer one that cost me about $200. If u have a non lifted truck or a small lift on it you'll be fine .

Answer:	Not only is the height adjustable, but you can tilt the hitch to allow the proper amount of flex in the torsion bars. Try the adjustment with the hitch connected, the trailer loaded with about 10% of the gross trailer load as a hitch weight. Then adjust the hitch height and tension bars so the tow vehicle drops about one inch with everything connected and properly loaded.

Answer:	I tried them on my e2 today. They do fit but the "L" side does not sit flat on the bar. Much easier than the need to fiddle with a separate clip.
