Answer:	Just wanted to give some input on this question. Regardless of "all natural" ingredients, if you're looking for a low sugar treat-this is not it. Though it only has one gram of sugar and 5 grams of erythritol, the fiber is from soluble corn fiber AKA Maltodextrin. Maltodextrin has a higher glycemic index than regular sugar! Sugars that induce a rapid rise in blood glucose content are poor sources of energy and nutritionally deficient. In other words, it's the wrong kind of fiber to make this cookie healthy and is a waste of your 230 calories. If you want a low sugar treat, look for one with the right kind of fiber such as prebiotic fiber or resistant starches (does the same job as a prebiotic fiber). These types of fiber will guarantee gut health, reduced appetite and slowed sugar absorption (causing your blood sugar to raise slowly with a small amount of sugar and fiber vs. rapidly with that same amount of sugar minus the fiber).
