Answer:	I’ll clear that up for you, there are two (2) black plate holders. The confusion is about state requirements. Some states require you to have a front and black plate. Some states only require a back plate on your vehicle. So this 2 pack is just two (2) plates not 2 vehicles. Two physical black silicone plates. So if your state requires front and back plates, this will be for one car. If your state requires back only, this will provide you plate holders for two vehicles. But to be clear, there are two (2) physical silicone plate holders in this pack. 😉

Answer:	Yes it is thick good quality, very sturdy very satisfied other than the fact we had to spray clear coat spray paint to keep the gems from coming off. As soon as I opened the box a few gems had already came off, I used clear nail polish to put them back into place and like I said we sprayed 3 layers of clear coat spray paint.(to ensure they wouldn't come off again) I go through the automatic car wash a lot and none have came off

Answer:	The frame has 2 slots so water can leak out. As for the frame and the car thetes no more than your tag on your car. But with the screws tighten all the way the frame should act as a washer.
