Answer:	The cover doesn't have a hole when you get it. But it does come with a patch that has a hole in it. So you can make a small cut in the cover where you need it to be and then put the patch over it for the antenna.

Answer:	It hasn't rained here since I've had this cover on, but I'm fairly sure it's not rainproof. The seller calls it an "indoor" cover, and I've used almost identical covers in the past and found that while they will repel a light rain a heavier rain will penetrate through them.
