Answer:	I’m not sure about yours specifically, but it’s fairly universal. We have used it behind our Tahoe, a mini van, and a pickup truck severa times. You need to have the correct receiver on your vehicle. With th basket down, I can fit between the basket and my Tahoe. If it’s loaded properly I can still open the hatch.
Question:	What is the distance between the end of the receiver and the basket
Answer:	Unless flames shoot out of your exhaust, you will be fine. If flames do shoot out of your exhaust, first, AWESOME, and second, you should probably have that looked at.
Question:	Will this fit a 2019 Toyota 4 runner
Answer:	If you have a spare tire on the back of your vehicle it may not be long enough to go into the hitch reciever. In my case, a Jeep wrangler 2015 spare tire blocked the ability for the carrier to reach the hitch reciever. It reached but could not be inserted enough to put the pin in.

Answer:	I purchased to truck mud flaps and cut them to fit the bottom, then I strapped a locking plastic box to the carrier. I drove from Alaska to Ohio and back without a problem..... the box still got some dirt on it, but then so did everything!

Answer:	500 lbs is just not accurate. I only had 210 lbs and the weight was evenly distributed. The Shank between the receiver and the pivot joint twisted like a piece of rope! This was only the second time that I had used the basket and it was only 4 months old. WHEN I CALLED CURT ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE PART UNDER WARRANTY AND STATED THAT I MUST HAVE HAD ALL OF THE WEIGHT ON ONE SIDE! THUS IT WAS NOT USED PROPERLY AND THEY WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY. WARNNING : THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR CURT RATES A NEGATIVE 10 IF SUCH A RATEING WAS POSSIBLE.

Answer:	Yes, the 2 inch receiver is part of the cargo carrier and is built into it. It is a straight receiver (not angled up), so check your exhaust prior to using this carrier. You might need to add a turned exhaust tip to direct the heat away from your cargo. We are very pleased with this cargo carrier, it is well constructed and assembly was fast and easy.

Answer:	You are so right. I too was confused because I am getting a long trunk made to fit the carrier. I got the Arksen so that a long trunk/custom made box could fit snugly. The previous carrier had no frame and was a bad product. My tradesman was trying to fathom the inner measurements before the carrier arrived. Now we have the exact measurements for a snug fit. The Arksen carrier is the most secure tray, especially when you are driving at 110km per hour. The frame around the tray is very sturdy and very useful to strap on things. Answer:	You can fit 2 32 gallon trash cans with room to spare. In those trash cans you can fit at least 6 or 7 stuffed 13-gallon bags in each, which would yield 12-14 bags. Not sure why others wouldn't use pails to maximize capacity. Those bags are so thin I would never want to put them directly in a cargo rack.

Answer:	you are right the photos show it as square corners but it does not. As it is a soft container it will confirm to the shape of that is inside if you have a box that size then you get what is in the photos. I am the same as you expected to have it more rectangle shape. I will say that when I packed it up and tied it down it worked great for my trip only used it for one trip but each way was just under 2000 KM.

Answer:	Hi we have used it a lot. Partial full or completely full it’s seals perfect used in a lot of rain situations and not a drop. Tie down is easy at any amount they give you so many ways to tie down. This is a blessing to have and use.

Answer:	Yes, it comes with a hitch cover as it's your saving grace to see there is a numeric safe there. I had lost mine and you can buy a replacement if need be.

Answer:	Not water tight for submersion, I get mud in there while off-roading through water deep enough to submerge it but no water enters during normal use, even when driving in hurricanes.

Answer:	You can always buy an extender that bridges the gap between the mount/receiver on the vehicle and the basket. It will lock in place and allow for more room between the tire and the basket if needed. I have one and will use it with my bike rack. Also, I purchased a two pack of locks so that I can lock the basket and the extension to the receiver. Purchased all of them on Amazon. I have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and there is not much room between the back door and the basket when folded up; my receiver is up under the back end and does not stick out very far. I actually put some pipe insulation rolls on the basket to protect the body if it bounced; put them on with Yellow duct tape to give it more visibility.

Answer:	They don’t. In my opinion the best option you have is to buy a mounting bracket. I’m actually looking into getting this light bar and I’m trying to find an answer to a question that’s already been answered possibly. I’m trying to find one that says it’s okay to mount on the brackets that you can buy and mount on the sides of the windshield using factory bolts instead of drilling holes. Since it is curved I’m having a hard time believing that it will go into the holes on the brackets without bending the brackets towards the bolts on the light bar. Unless the bolts are mounted straight out which is what I’m trying to find out.
