Answer:	I fit mine on a 1995 Jeep Cherokee (on the rooftop crossbars) and it sits well, locks down well on them and looks like I'm headed off on safari!!! The clamping braces fit snugly on the crossbars, and they hand tighten (easy to put on take off), and I imagine they would fit the same way on the Toyota crossbars - there is enough room with the clamps to cover many sizes of crossbar. It (for the price point) is a great cargo rack, just be sure to follow the recommendations to coat all joining tubes, and I also coated the nuts/bolts/screws with silicone as well, to keep moisture out of the tubes for a long time. The rack comes in 3 sections in the box (otherwise you would need truck delivery!) but assembly is easy, and it is so lite that one person can put it on top of vehicle with ease. Hope this helps, you will like the rack, it will fit.

Answer:	Rola 59504 Vortex Roof Mounted Cargo Basket : The front and rear tubes are bowed. If you measure down the middle it measures 48"inside the tubes . If you measure down each side it measure 46"in side the tubes. The width is 37" inside the tubes. The depth is 4". Hope this helps .

Answer:	There are 3 separate tube diameters. The top tube which rings the basket is 1.5 in diameter. the bottom tube, which also rings the basket is 1 in diameter, the cross pieces which connect the sides are 3/4 in diameter.

Answer:	That's a good question, but I'd offer up that buying some replacement u-bolts and nuts would be pretty easy. I'd guess you can take the existing clamps into your local hardware store and they'd find you a suitable replacement.

Answer:	No you will not as long as you already have a receiver hitch installed on your expedition.

Answer:	I see that the illustration indicates that a hitch pin is include, but to tell the truth I don’t remember. What I did do was purchase a lockable hitch pin as I was worried someone might pull the pin and take my carrier and along with it’s contents and I had to order a long one as my receiver must be thicker than average. Answer:	No more that expected, i.e., a little. But there was a different issue. When I assembled the carrier, there was wobble where the tongue was attached to the body of the carrier. I had to create 2 shims out of flat stock metal to wedge in the large space. I was afraid if I tightened the metal frame down, without the shims, to meet the tongue I could damage the frame.

Answer:	mine came with 2 inch. I never had that much weight on mine.i put mine on back of tear drop that was to have 2 inch receiver and when I got it they had changed to 1.25 inch so I have an adapter to increase the teardrop which in my case cause the cargo carrier to be a bit wobbly side to sie ,so I had to put thin vinyl floor covering in my receiver to stiifen things up. if directly mounted 2 inch to 2 inch and your load was evened out across carrier I think you would be alright.

Answer:	It will probably take up the entire roof of the 98 Forester. While it will most likely work and be functional, it will not be proportionate in the way most look.

Answer:	If you have factory installed roof rails, measure the width across and the length, this will tell you about what size you need. Be aware of your rear antenna and your sun roof, if you have one. I mounted mine on a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan wheelchair van with factory installed rails and crossbars. If you don't have rails go to your Nissan dealer and ask them if universal rails can be used on your car.
Question:	Does this rack have rust issues? With normal maintenance and care will this rack stay rust free
Answer:	Yes it has signs of a bit of rust on inside of tubing . Because of the tube construction,the materials used and the way it's assembled water finds its way inside the tubes and you might notice a bit of rust colored water dripping out on to the vehicle. I do not maintain mine in any special way and mine seems fine no change in appearance or signs of wear. Years down the road that could change but at this price it's not to big of an issue. I've had mine for some time and live in the NORTHWEST and I am still very pleased with the rack and feel it's worth the money I paid for what I got. Of course there's aluminum and others with special coatings, construction and design for complete rust free piece of mind but the price will climb. With normal use inside it's capabilities the rack will last. Great rack for what you pay.

Answer:	It is a good size basket,will hold a couple coolers and tailgating items. However we bought our jeep used and bc of how the hitch was put on the basket it drags the ground. I had bought as a present for my husband and by the time I gave it to him and we went to use it..... It was to late for a return, ugh.

Answer:	No rust issues. It did not conform to our 2014 Ford Explorer. We still do not have it attached to ur vehicle. We tried different hardware but have not figured out how to secure it safely.
