Answer:	500 lbs is just not accurate. I only had 210 lbs and the weight was evenly distributed. The Shank between the receiver and the pivot joint twisted like a piece of rope! This was only the second time that I had used the basket and it was only 4 months old. WHEN I CALLED CURT ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE PART UNDER WARRANTY AND STATED THAT I MUST HAVE HAD ALL OF THE WEIGHT ON ONE SIDE! THUS IT WAS NOT USED PROPERLY AND THEY WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY. WARNNING : THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR CURT RATES A NEGATIVE 10 IF SUCH A RATEING WAS POSSIBLE.

However, they did not expedite shipping, It's going to take an extra 10-14 days for me to receive due to pulling part and ship time. - trailer is made well. welds are strong and material is quality gauge. pleasantly surprised since you never know what you're going to receice. - assembly was very easy - maybe 15 min tot. - I'm looking for a lighting kit to mount to it. Titan would be smart to package this w a kit and/or reflectors.

Question:	How is the "powder coat" holding up and is it real powder coating or just painted
Answer:	It indicates in the manual about 100LBS. I do use my bike rack to hold my bikes while mounted to the wall and it does work. But some care does need to be observed as it would be easy to bend the bracket if too much pressure was put on the bikes/rack while mounted.
Question:	Does this have an additional hitch on the back to hitch something else onto it? What is that in the back of it in the photo
Answer:	The Rack Stash sticks out about 4.5” from wall when mounted. If you measure how far it sticks out from your hitch on your vehicle and add 4.5” then that should be close. You can fold the rack up like on your vehicle.
Question:	Is this really 16 lbs
Answer:	I am not sure what an INNO INH305 is but the Rack Stash will hold a lot of weight based on what you anchor it to. Using a 2" adaptor should work but whatever the INNO INH305 is will stick out away from the wall further based on the length of your adaptor. The receiver for the Rack Stash will accept my Kuat NV bike rack for four bikes with a 2" hitch which weighs over 60lbs. Answer:	Buy a good piece of wood and securely attach it to 3 interior studs in your wall. So make sure it’s long enough to reach 3 studs. Mount the device in the center stud and use 3 3/4 inch bolt or screw. Make sure the wood you purchased is not more than 2 thick but not more than 2 1/2 inches. So in total wood you have 4 to 4 1/2 inches plus what ever the Sheetrock is and the device.. You want at least 1 1/2 inch going into your interior stud.

Answer:	It may be to heavy. This one isn't flimsy like some of the other carriers. But you could try it. It may work for you.

Answer:	It should. The one thing you have to remember is,when folded up,will it not rub up against the back of your suv. I can't answer that. There are extensions you can buy though.

Answer:	Huh? 16 pounds? Really? I didn't weigh mine, but I'll go at least double that in its raw form. I added Unistrut across the back, taillights and a few other upgrades to make it more visible much easier to tie down loads. I love mine, but it sure isn't anywhere close to 16 pounds!
Question:	What is the length from the bottom of the basket to the top rail? Trying to find out if it will allow my Jeep door to open with rear wheel on
Answer:	I can definitely say that I don't know. I like my 2" hitch but I also stabilize my cargo carrier with ratchet tie-down straps connected to the car frame on both sides. Personally, I would not feel comfortable hauling even the unloaded carrier with a 1 1/4" hitch receiver.
