Answer:	ok... the best thing you can use ... And this is my ( opinion ) would be to go to your local Walmart / home improvement store and find this product... ( RUSTOLEUM TEXEDTURED BLACK PAINT ) clean your push bar the best your can with a RED scuff pad and denatured alcohol.... rise and wipe dry.... wait 5-10 minutes to be sure its dry... if posiable let it sit in the sunlight to dry.... ( Don't paint on your truck take it off of truck to prevent over spray on your truck... Spray one side of your bar with paint and let dry real good before you flip over and spray the other side.... I would spray the backside first since you wont see it as easy as the front side.... But this paint works awesome for things like this I have used it on wheels / Bumpers / Hoods and it last a good long time... But your need to do proper prep work to get best results
