Question:	Has turtle wax addressed the leaking container issue
Answer:	I purchased the Mothers product as a follow-on or maintenance product to keep my headlight lenses clear after using the brilliant 3M kit that uses the drill, foam pad and sand paper. While Mothers suggests this "clarifies, protects, and maintains", my interest is really only in the later 2 aspects of protect and maintain. The 3M kit worked so well for clarifying the lens, that I wouldn't consider switching should the need arise again. What convinced me to at least try this product was the inclusion of the UV inhibitors. Could be that this is marketing nonsense that I've fallen for; but, thought I'd give it a try. I apply this by hand once a month per instructions. Seems like a very fine polish unlike, say, the polish included in the Turtle Wax kit which you could see and feel cutting plastic even when using it with hand application. If you're looking for a fine maintenance polish then this one seems like a good fit.

Answer:	Much better than any other quick wax I have found. Holds up to only about four or five washes.

Answer:	I don't know why not. I use it on several surfaces. Kitchen counters, stove. refrigerator. Not sure about the rust protection. I would say it needs to be reapplied once a month. I noticed it doesn't seem to last long on the cars.

Answer:	No. It's too hard, smooth, and the melting temperature is too high. You need a flexible, sticky, lower temp wax for use on skin. Buy one that is specifically mixed for hair removal. This is not it!

Answer:	95% of the mobile details i do for my business is in direct sunlight. Question:	Does it have uv protection? why does meguiar only claim the nxt has uv protection
Answer:	Synthetic will last longer but carbauba has better look. My rule of thumb is I use synthetics on black and very dark colors and lean more toward carnauba with bright colors. Both get a first layer of synthetic sealant but the bright colors get top coat of carnauba or carnauba blend wax on top. Again that's just my opinion in my experience. If we are talking meguiar's products, id put ultimate on both as a first layer, then 8 hours later another layer of ultimate on black and dark colors and Meg's carnauba plus on bright colors. The carnauba is a blended so there's also synthetic polymers in it but won't last as long as ultimate Hope that helps you get to the answer you are looking for.

Answer:	I'm not a fan of liquid waxes. Tried several brands including Mequiars own Tech Wax 2.0. Liquid's finished look looks amazing. However, it doesn't last. Liquid is great if you don't mind re-waxing 1-2x a month as every brand I've tried with different application methods seem to be gone the first time it gets wet (rain etc). stick with paste waxes. harder to apply and buff off vs liquids, but the amount of time the paste wax is still working vs the liquid is no contest. Ive even put liquid wax on my windshield. I have to go 60+ for it to bead. Paste beads instantly.
Question:	Is this product for the entire paint or only for black plastic
Answer:	The description probably borrowed information from the liquid version of the ultimate wax. The paste says not to get on trim. I suspect it's the solvent carrier used in the wax not the polymers themselves. But the liquid version is ok to get on the trim. The paste says not to get it on trim.

How to prepare the vehicle’s paint surface before waxing

Answer:	I don';t know, I know that people use it over ceramic coatings so why not?
Question:	Does this replace a liquid wax or just for in between touch-up over an existing wax job
Answer:	I mainly use it for post wash touch-ups and find that it extends the longevity of my paste wax so it probably helps with extending any regular wax. I doubt that it replaces any conventional wax system. I find that it significantly boosts the shine after a wash. Just make sure the car is cool and out of the sun.
Question:	How is this different than Spray on wax? Carnauba
Answer:	It IS a spray-on carnuba wax. But it's great stuff. The result on my new Tesla Model 3 was as good as the Collonite 915 paste wax I used previously. The wax coating in gives might not be as thick as a paste wax. I don't know. But it's much easier to use. Make sure you use a good quality microfiber towel to remove and buff it. And if you do it in your garage, the overspray will make the floor extremely slick! It made my epoxy garage floor super slippery.
Question:	Why use this instead of Griots other spray wax
Answer:	Griots makes several waxes for different purposes. You would use this one if you want a really high shine and gloss. You would probably want to use the regular 'Girots Spray Wax' if you wanted the benefits of wax but not the shine.

Answer:	This wax is added to the washing water, it leaves a nice shine on the car with no spots or streaks with just air drying. I doubt it would hurt PPF but I'd check with the manufacture to be sure, as for dyes I see none.

Answer:	Paint oxidation occurs when your clear coat starts to peel off. I guess your best bet is to bring it to a car paint shop. If you know what your doing, you can use a clay detailer to remove the oxidation then use your car polish or wax then apply it to your car’s paint to polish it.

Answer:	No, there is NO REASON AT ALL. From my own mistakes: I didn't take good care of my paint when I got the car. It was a lease and I really didn't expect to keep it. TODAY, I'm looking at early-stage clear coat failure on the horizontal surfaces of the car. For this reason, YES,USE IT! Give the car a good wash, and pick up a claying kit. Use plenty of the quick detailer; follow the directions. Rewash to remove whatever residues might be left over. You'll feel the difference - SMOOOOTTTTHHH! Apply the 476 THIN; once it hazes, it should buff off easily. Start by doing ONE panel to get a feel for it. If it's hard to remove, you have it on too thick. If it smears, it needs to set-up longer. Initially, you WILL have it on too thick. Guess how I know that! As you get the application dialed in, you will LOVE this stuff. If you put on, let's say, one coat per month, from now 'til winter, you just might be protected 'til spring. It's GREAT stuff, and you'll be surprised at how little you actually need in use. One note: Do not get it on the black trim; it WILL stain it if you don't get it off RIGHT NOW. Just go slow around those areas; you can speed up once you're away from those pieces. One thing you might want to ALSO pick up (I get it locally) is Collinite's 845. It's a weird liquid-paste. It's safe for the black trim, and is stupid-easy to use, but it doesn't last as long as the 476. 845 is great for the door jambs, and such, where you don't want to risk staining the weather stripping, windlace, etc.

Answer:	Yes, this stuff is awesome! It lasts a long time, so you don't have to keep re-waxing every 3 months. For me, it lasts about a legitimate year on my car, and about six months on my motorcycle. Before you put this on, clean the chrome with some kind of metal cleaner polish, then apply this as a second protective coat. I'm not too sure how long this will last on those parts though, since they are very hot. Hope this helps

It is made for waxing a car's painted surface. They make other products formulated for vinyl, plastic, rubber, leather etc. . I bought the Mother's Protectant for that purpose.

Answer:	No, I would recommend to use something with a bit more bite. You can try theTurtle Wax 53478 Hybrid Solutions Pro 1 and Compound Correct and Finish, 16 oz. This will remove imperfections created by the hard water stains. Just keep in mind that with any compound solution, a little goes a long way.

Answer:	Graphene liquid was is good, and will give you the look you want, but take in mind wax is just a barrier that sits on top of the paint, whereas a ceramic coating has polymers that bond with the paint providing protection against UV rays and contaminants the car encounter during driving. Answer:	Turtle Wax answered the question here - yes, one can go on top of the other in either order. TW also said, during their press roll-out, that surface prep like claying is not necessary. However most 3rd party YouTubers emphasize surface prep for the est results - at a minimum claying, and Meguiar's Clay 2.0 has worked well for me, while others like mits and towels and of course actual real clay bars. Have you considered prepping a couple of panels and trying each family of products separately on each panel? Wet Wax is a "convenience" product and while the press roll out video shows superb results, the traditional spray wax version would probably be a better place to start. Like you, I love Ice Seal n Shine, and use Ice Spray Wax as both a topper, then as a detailer and waterless car wash product. Ice Spray Wax isn't officially approved for detailing OR for waterless car wash, but with light application and wipe off pressure I haven't had any micro scratches so far. Nevertheless I've also tried Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic 3 in 1 Detailer which IS rated for detailing AND for waterless car washing, it works fine too but is more work to rub in than Ice Spray Wax and harder to remove without swirls - it doesn't make the paint any deeper or shinier or slicker than just plain Ice Spray Wax, so I'm not sure whether I favor off-book use of Ice Spray Wax or approved use of Hybrid 3 in 1. Please report back if you try two different panels with two different families, I haven't had time to try that myself yet.

Use a Quick Detailer to clean off any dust or light debris first if you feel the need to apply a spray wax without doing a full wash first. A Quick Detailer has more lubricity to safely remove contaminates, whereas a spray wax does not. Two very different products and uses.
