Answer:	It was a bust. It didn’t work at all. It was cheap so I didn’t bother to return it, but don’t waste your money.

Answer:	Scratches are pieces of the paint removed, and the metal underneath it damaged. So, no, nothing except sanding the scratch out of the metal and repainting is actually going to remove a scratch. Miniscule surface scratches in the top coat only (called "swirls") can be kept filled in regularly and made to look like they're removed, or buffed out of the top coat with a buffer and some compound, but the bottom line is, nothing is actually going to "remove" scratches. It just minimizes their appearance for awhile. And you wash your car FIRST, not after you put this on!
Question:	Will it keep completley remove the scratch or after a few washes does the scratch reappears and I have to keep using this product
Answer:	No it will not completely remove the scratch. It will temporarily get rid of light scratches. Deeper scratches are less visible. It does restore the shine and yes after several washes you will need to reapply. For the price it is a very good product.

Answer:	It depends what your goal is. If it is just to have fun and paint, then sure! But if your goal is to learn how to paint with watercolors, this set wouldn’t be very helpful. When I took a watercolor class, the teacher told us to “get the best you can afford”, including a decent paintbrush. You don’t need a lot of colors because you can mix them, which this set isn’t meant to do.

Answer:	I’ve used it for tar on both my car and 2016 RV. Haven’t seen any issues. I would suspect it should work on sap, but I’d try it on a small spot on the roof to see if it takes it off AND if it does any harm to your roof’s material.

Answer:	I was trying get tree sap off truck paint. So i don't know about tires.I didn't use on the tires. I found it really wasn't effective on my tree sap, what I found most effective was the hot, strong soapy water stream from a do it your self car wash. But my tree sap was really thick, more than a years worth of parking under a really sappy tree.

Question:	It appears to be great on surface scratches. So I assume it would work on scuff marks and scratches from shopping carts and door dings
Answer:	Yes, Quixx PSR is wonderful for use on scuff marks, color transfer from other objects, etc. Quixx PSR is designed to remove scratches. Thus, Quixx is not suitable for a door ding. If may remove a fine scratch or color transfer (ie: scuff mark) from the door ding, but the actual indentation will not be repairable with this product. Thank you.
Question:	Does this just fill the scratch in
Answer:	The technical term for how Quixx PSR works is Plastic Deformation. What actually happens is that spherical shaped, extra hard micro polishing agents produce a very high pressure on the surface causing the paint to exceed its elastic limits. Thus, the surrounding paint material is then allowed to flow back into the scratch. Additionally, the corners and the edges of the scratch are rounded by the polishing agents allowing a smooth surface to re-emerge. Quixx will do a good job on fine to medium scratches. It does not temporarily cover up the scratch. If the scratch is repairable with Quixx PSR, it is removed for good. If the scratch is too deep, a professional will have to be employed to repair the area.
Question:	does it blend in the color of your vehicle
Answer:	Yes, in the beginning a white paste is created but that just aids in helping you know what area has to be buffed. Truth be told, I was more concerned about taking sandpaper to my Cadi than anything else. But I was really impressed with the result and started looking for scratches to erase on my bike, which it did. Btw, my Cadi is red and the bike is black. It didn't alter the color on either.

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry regarding Rejuvenator One-Step Auto Paint Restoration. For best outcomes when using Rejuvenator, apply a 1” dab for a 2’ x 2’ section and spread with the pad. Buff at speed between 1400 - 2000 rpm. Work the buffer slowly from side to side and front to back until most of the product is gone and gloss appears. Rejuvenator will work for removing hard water spots that are stubborn to remove and have not damaged the paint. If the hard water spots damaged the finish, it would be best to use a standard compound to remove the spots.
