Answer:	The short answer is yes, but I used this product only once. It took some of the sheen from the 3M film covering the from of our motor coach. But it was really effective on the bugs. I have used other Griot Garage product with great success. It may work very well in your application, but try it first in an inconspicuous place.

Question:	Does this take sap off of rv
Answer:	Hi. I had hardened sap on the underside of my RV awning. I initially sprayed it with bugs n all, scrubbed it and it did not remove it. I sprayed it again soaking the area and letting it sit several minutes scrubbed and rinsed with hose. It took off a thin layer of the sap. I repeated this process several times and it did eventually remove it, but I did have to work at it. Once I got the hard surface sap off each application seemed to remove more and more sap.

Answer:	I can't help you about skids on cement. I've only used it to remove rubber marks from a car and even some adhesive on a boat.

Answer:	If it doesn't harm the finish on a high end sports car, then an epoxy based floor coating *should* be unmarred.How else do you remove tire marks?

Question:	will it remove water marks
Answer:	It will usually remove watermarks. We have found that heavy calcium hard water may still leave spots. But they can be removed after a couple of applications. I hope that helps.
Question:	Have pine tree sap droppings on new gloss black hood of car. Will it remove sap and not finish of paint
Answer:	Hi, The product will not turn the sap into mush like it does for Bug Splatter. You will have to rub on it but it will eventually remove the sap without removing wax or clear coat. It will take some effort though. The tip sheet that is included with the product gives tip about how to attack tree sap problems. I hope that helps.
Question:	Will this product dissolve berry residue from bird droppings on car paint
Answer:	Hi! It really depends on whether the berry has stained the clear coat or not. Usually, it works really well at cleaning bird droppings. Hope this helps!
Question:	is it ok to use in the sun on a hot surface
Answer:	The only issue is that the product will evaporate very quickly. Thus you will have to use a more solution to keep the area wet so that it will be effective. It will not harm the surface though if you did use it on a hot surface. We recommend using it on a cool surface, in the morning or a cloudy day for the sole purpose using less product. Thanks

Answer:	My fault. I didn't follow instructions when using this on my motorhome. I put some in a bucket and added water then used a wash head on a poll to apply it to the front on my motorhome. It took off every bit of wax. I had to take it to a detailer and have the overhang on the motorhome detailed to get the wax back on. $179 mistake. Follow the instructions. Dilute like they tell you be precise.
Question:	Will this product remove tar as well
Answer:	No it will not dissolve tar, there are products specific for that.
Question:	Will adding this to the windshield washer reservoir & using the wipers work
Answer:	I Don’t. I wouldn’t add to windshield wipers fluid.What I do is spray it on windshield &front grill pressure wash off work great like that

Answer:	I use this stuff to clean the large front windshield on my diesel motorhome and it is excellent at removing bugs and cleaning in general. One container can last me longer than a year. I put about 2 inches of water in a 5 gal pail and then add less than 1/8 of a cup of the concentrate. You do not need much. It makes mild suds when you apply it. Make sure you rinse off with water. When done, it leaves a residue that beads up water for a while. Highly recommend.
