Answer:	If it’s clear coated I’m guessing yes since all cars are clear coated if not then I don’t know

Answer:	The short answer is yes, but I used this product only once. It took some of the sheen from the 3M film covering the from of our motor coach. But it was really effective on the bugs. I have used other Griot Garage product with great success. It may work very well in your application, but try it first in an inconspicuous place.

Answer:	I have only used it on bugs.
Question:	Do you have to clean the area after with soap and water or is a buff good
Answer:	It’s an okay product but isn’t as an all in one. Yes you need need to use soap and water. We find just using hot soapy water does the best job on the front of our RV after being bugged.

Answer:	What are you talking about ?? It’s not 3.5” long !! The blade is a beast about 11” long . 16” overall !

Answer:	Ok . We are talking about the Rambo 3 knife by Perkin . This page needs to be updated big time !!! Lot of incorrect info here ! My Perkin is absolutely gorgeous !! It measures 16 1/4” overall . ( 16 1/2 “ if you count the nut that holds the tang ) 11 1/4” blade ( rat tail ). Harness between 57 and 60 ( as per what the Perkin seller had written ). The walnut handle is 5” ( hard to measure due to slant and guard ). Mine is bad ass !! Super sharp !!! I like the fact that there isn’t any markings on the knife / blade . I’m going to assume that they can’t be sued ???? ( by Hibben or whoever else first came out with the Rambo 3 knife ). I don’t know . All I know is that I like it !! Can definitely be used but don’t beat on it !! Like a lot of knives out there .... Proper tools for proper tasks !!!! I hope this clears any doubts . My big question is : Could this be hand made ?? Answer:	You are paying for a trophy. Something to hang on your wall. The steel is not tempered very well (or at least mine wasn’t). The edge chipped from very light use. When I put a file to the spine the metal just filed right off. I contacted Sajjed (I’m not joking) on email about the temper of the knife and he offered a refund or an exchange. I asked him twice to send me exchange information and I never heard back from him. They told not to bother to send the knife back if I wanted a refund. I give it a big two thumbs down unless you need a paper weight.

Answer:	Any spray detailed will work fine, and in a pinch, even very soapy water will work. You just need something with lubricity so the clay doesn't stick to or mar the surface.
Question:	Does this product work well in heat? I used a different scratch and swirl remover last weekend and it dried up way too fast. Vehicle was in garage
Answer:	A regular clay bar will scratch your glass. This does not.
Question:	Weekend warrior/enthusiast here. Could you use a white (light/medium polishing) foam pad to achieve paint enhancement
Answer:	Not entirely. This should be used before you clay bar to take any of the iron deposits off the paint before correction. This will not take the small embedded debris out of the paint like a clay bar will.

Answer:	I have Dark Grey powder coated rims on our 335i and yes, I haven’t noticed any issues using it.

Answer:	This product is not intended to be a cleaner. It is to be applied to the paint as a barrier against bugs, road tar, and tree sap sticking to paint. Griot's actually has a bug cleaner that has worked well for me in getting stuff off and not marring the paint.
Question:	How full should the bottle be? Mine is not even to where the bottle curves
Answer:	Since I have an unopened bottle of bug barricade, I measured the fluid and it is 2 1/2" down from the top of the cap. I would say you have a bottle that was not completely filled. By the way, I have used this product for a couple of years and am pleased with it.
Question:	Can I still wax my car afterwards? Or will it make the wax fall off
Answer:	We waxed over it.....really didn't tell the difference?

Question:	Can i use this product and follow it with a spray sealant like the last coat? Or what do you recommend finishing it up with as a sealant
Answer:	Micro fiber & white foam pads are most aggressive, then orange medium cut, yellow for polishing, black for light polish & glaze. They also sell a red pad for machine waxing.
Question:	Does it come with the pictured pads
Answer:	This product is an abrasive product. Once you have polished your car the product can be wiped off. It is not like a sealant ( where it needs to haze). With this product I recommend to use a DA polisher to achieve the desired results.
Question:	This stuff generates a ton of dust with even a new lc pad. I like it but is there a way to prevent the Dust
Answer:	First, I don't know. But, I think some windows have tinting/coating on the interior. If I used this on interior windows, I would begin by testing on a small, inconspicuous area FIRST. Proceed based on result. Hope this helps.
Question:	My husband had a mist(very fine) of some spray paint get on our car. Not visible but I can feel it-like very fine sand. Would this product work
Answer:	It depends on how bad is your windows. Like I made a 2by 2 block and lasted me for 2 months before I changed it. Be careful of what lube are you using, it also has some effects too. I hope this helps you out.

Question:	Can clay work on xpel film
Answer:	They are not competing with each other. This product is designed to be used on Leather. the interior cleaner is SAFE to use on leather not the desired use for this product (interior cleaner).
Question:	What grade is this, fine or medium etc
Answer:	I use this with microfiber on my leather car seats and steering wheel every two months. It does a great job of cleaning and the leather looks great. Sometimes I have to go over driver's seat twice depending on how dirty it is. Most leather has a "clear coat" on it, so a conditioner really can't "soak" in. Unless you have a $100,000 plus car, then it might be uncoated.
Question:	My car has mildew spots on the roof from insect web site that stuck to the paint. Will this remove it
Answer:	that is the color of one of my vehicles and it work great. easy to use and leaves leather clean,soft with no change in color. great product.

How To Use

Spray Speed Shine onto the surface you want to use the clay bar on. Without using any pressure, gently slide the Paint Cleaning Clay across the paints surface in a cross hatch pattern. After a few passes, check the surface of the clay for the contaminants, and wipe off the excess Speed Shine.

Helpful Tips

Answer:	I have not used a clear coat
Question:	Is this a polish? Could I use this after using a clay bar
Answer:	It took a little bit of shaking to get the ink started on my yellow pen, but then it worked just fine.
Question:	Anyone use this on boats gel coat
Answer:	Try using Amazon.com in a different web browser.
Question:	Is the complete compound like a polish/glaze or will i need to get that separate
Answer:	This product is safe for use in automatic car washes and use with power washers, but i would recommend only using the yellow or green tips as they are wider angle.

Question:	Can some one please tell me what pad to use for each one of these bottles ? Also should I put best of show wax on top of the sealant here
Answer:	Yes, but I would start out with a clay bar as the first step. This product is the most aggressive for removing defects in the paint.
Question:	Can you use Buff and Shine pads with this and still get good results? or do you have to use their pads
Answer:	This is formulated for car paint. It likely won’t work very well
Question:	Are these 16 oz. bottles of product
Answer:	Yes, it is good to go in the heat. Not an ideal way to use it, but it can be done and it does not leave the circles burnt into the paint like Maguires 201. In your garage this will work very well, I just had a tarp over mine and it gave a good working time.

It is meant to get you from wash to wash with added protectant. Think of it as a base wax enhancer. When used on a regular basis after each wash, you will be able to extend the life of your natural waxes and paint sealants. Apply it right after you've washed and rinsed your car. Just spray on and wipe off as you're towel drying your car. Even if you didn't get all the dirt off every single area, it has enough lubricants to clean those areas up with your towel and leave behind a deep gloss. Speed Shine should still be used between washes, but Spray-On Wax should be used after each wash.

Answer:	YES...All 4 bottles in the kit are 16 ox. Fantastic product.
Question:	Will this work well on a car with black paint or would I be better looking for a black wax elsewhere
Answer:	Depends on the level of perfection you are trying to achieve. If you are not chasing after 100% perfection, it will be fine to put on any type of sealant of your choice. I’ve had very good experience with how good the fast correcting cream finishes. It leaves behind a nearly crystal clear finish that I couldn’t visually pick up any haze. If you aren’t really picky about sealant I would install a consumer friendly paint coating then follow up with a spray sealant.

Answer:	No, it does not come with pads
Question:	Are there any nut products in this wax? Can you list the ingredients
Answer:	I’ve used almost every brand of compound. Griots definitely leaves the least amount of dust compared to other brands. No matter what you will always have some amount of dust.
