Question:	Can you use a MacBook with this
Answer:	I also was curious, and went to the website. It definitely states that it works with Windows 10. Great program. I have Embrilliance Essentials, Enthusiast, AlphaTricks and Thumbnailer. Love them all. If you don't already have any of them, I suggest you look into them. It's amazing what you can do with your existing designs. Because Embrilliance programs are very user-friendly (and affordable!), I now have my sights on StitchArtist 2.....
Question:	Does the PE800 have the ability to reverse and redo or go back over stitches in case the thread breaks
Answer:	You will be using the File Explorer that is actually on your computer. This does not use an internet browser because you are looking only at files that actually reside on your computer's hard drives. Look for the Folder icon or press the Windows key + E and File explorer will open. That is what the Thumbnailer uses. Hope that helps.
Question:	What software do you use to convert hus formatted designs to be used on this machine? thanks
Answer:	Since designs are not stored on the software, so there is no limitations that I can see. This software allows me to see my thousands of embroidery designs in small to large icons. It works very, very well for me at a very reasonable price.
Question:	Can this machine embrodier on leather
Answer:	No. It's a software to view your designs as a thumbnail when opening a folder on your PC. So instead of just seeing the name of the file you see the actual design as an icon in your folder. It's bern a lifesaver for me because you don't have to open the design to see what it is.

Question:	What software do I need in order to create my own designs
Answer:	Not sure. But I believe they are selling the sewing machine, under the reviews of some type of beads. Because that way it appears to have good reviews. Until you read the reviews and realize they are not for this product. This product is poorly made and doesnt work for even the simplest of projects. I do not recommend this sewing machine.

Answer:	I was asked to answer this by Amazon, but I have never purchased this machine. So my best guess is they switched products to give this better reviews. Seems shady to me.

Answer:	No, I was confused when I recieved the machine, and I contacted with the owner. It comes with a canvas every machines, thats for them to test the machine if it is working. They are all brand-new, you dont need to worry about this.

Answer:	Yes, even for a novice like me, after reading the manual precisely, and try to sew couples of times, I can easily handle it by myself now. However, you need to be patient if you are a freshman, do it slowly, and dont rush it hard.

Question:	What are the Janome 9850's included two fonts
Answer:	I am new to embroidery so I have not ventured into this area yet. There is a USB port for adding downloaded templates, so you may be able to add more fonts.
Question:	I was looking at the janome 9850 for $1600.00 with my Prime and now that i can pay cash for it i can not find it,. Why
Answer:	Don't buy this online to save money! I bought the 9850 on May 16th for my mom and it arrived May 21st. We did everything strictly according to the instruction book, as there was no DVD included. We oil & clean it once a week, as we've been making masks with it, and experimenting with rhe embroidery. Yesterday the machine started bending needles, locking up, and jamming. Customer service was quick to call. The Janome rep walked me through one solution, which we thought fixed the machine. It worked for 1 Embroidery, then started jamming the bobbin holder in sewing mode. It chewed up the yellow 20g embroidery bobbin holder. Then later pierced and chewed up the 10g red bobbin holder in sewing. Janome doesn't want to honor the labor for the warranty to the dealer 10 miles from my house. Had I known there was a Janome dealer 10 miles from my house, I would've bought it local! Janome told me I need to send it to the dealer I bought from to honor the warranty, I live east of Houston. I bought it from a dealer in Oklahoma. Buy as close to your home as possible! I've got an $1800 paper-weight until further notice.

Answer:	I purchased it for my 8 yr. old granddaughter, who had never used a sewing machine before, learning how much pressure to put on the pedal is the biggest challenge. I had practice on an ole piece of fabric.

My main problem was that most embroidered fabric requires not only the right kind of stabilizer under the fabric but also a “topper.” The instructions do not explain this well. I took a class at a local quilting shop and now I am embroidering quite well.

Answer:	Not really, as the interior width is 7 34/“ x 10 5/8“. I tried putting a 8 inch macrame hoop in and while you could tilt the hoop at an angle and close the lid of the box it would close, but you would not be able to put the top section of the box (which holds smaller sewing items) in at all. If you’re not planning to use it as a sewing basket you could leave out the top section and put your 8 inch hoop in at an angle but to me that’s not an ideal solution.
