You can wiz through those cuttings and get to sewing!! |

| Answer: | Yes, the mats have an aroma that needs airing out. I actually forgot to put that in my comments about the products. However, a little airing out and the aroma goes away, or so much so that I don't notice it anymore. I don't know what the smell comes from, probably whatever type of base product is in the mats. I haven't contacted the company yet, but will do so. Sorry I'm of no more help than except to say that yes, there is an aroma. If you can leave them in a protected area outside, under cover, I'm sure it won't take too long to alleviate that aroma.
