Answer:	Give it some time and it will correct itself. it did for me. you can place a piece of card stock or cardboard under until it adjusts properly. make sure the paper is tightened down. This can also happen if you only cut a few pages.

Answer:	Yes, it is comes with the blades, BUT DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE, waste your time, My one coming is not working, contact seller always said call them, but the customer service phone never answer. ask them to return the machine, they said need re-stocking fee 20%, then must be call them technical support to solve the problem, call them test everything same problem, they send me a new mother board ask me to exchange it, after exchange it same problem, so I ask for Amazon refund, finally amazon refund the money, seller also not send me the returning shipping label, wasted me 4 weeks time.
Question:	Does it work with MAC? If so, what software is needed or not
Answer:	ABSOLUTELY works with a mac! I use it with my MacBook Pro all the time. You can't use the included software and will need to purchase Sure Cuts A Lot. IMO, it's a superior program anyway. I LOVE it and use it with both my cameo 3 and my MH 34. :)
Question:	Does this cutter works with Corel Draw
Answer:	I use Corel Draw and Photoshop to prepare my files. By that I mean, I create my logo, design, etc. in the program (corel draw) and safe it as a low bit PNG file. Then I go over to the Sure Cuts A lot program / screen and import or place the previously created/saved file on the matt (desktop of surecutsalot). The critical part here is, that sometimes the matt does not show the trace / outline image I created, after hitting the cut window button. So you have to play around a little, go back to Corel and adjust, re-save the pic, etc. And redo. It does work for me, but remember.. the more lines, corners, trickiness your design has, this cutter has its limits. Now if you question is, if the Corel opens or works directly with the Cutter, without the SureCutsAlot software, I do not know or have not done that. All in all, if you are good with Corel and play around with creation - import / paste - trace - cut it will take you maybe an hour to figure it all out. The biggest problem I had, was that if the pic / design is not properly traced, even though it shows perfectly on the surecutsalot matt / screen, It will suddenly cut through the middle of your design / vinyl and ruin a big batch of your material. Which was hard, because I hate wasting material. But if that happens, then the customer service recommends to redo/reimport, etc. But even better to create the design in surecutsalot from the start. surecutsalot does not really offer much design play room, so id rather redo. I hope this makes somewhat sense. I love the cutter for the price. And recommend it. Customer Service is American based and very helpful. I believe people get frustrated with the item, because they do not understand the connection between software and cutter. Good luck

Answer:	It is a "shim" that's necessary for cutting wafer thins but it comes with the Vagabond when you buy it. Good youtubes to watch are put out by Scrapbooking made Simple. Love my vagabond 2!

Answer:	I have had no trouble with many brands of thin, intricate dies. All of the brands may have issues with cutting completely, but it's the dies that are the issue, not the Vagabond. Go to YouTube to get suggestions for solving this issue...placing dies closer go the edges, using additional paper or scotch tape shims, etc. I bought the Vagabond 2 because my original Vagabond, nearly 10 years old, gave up the ghost after thousands of cuts. I love my Vagabond and would recommend it highly.

Answer:	Yes...it is quieter and less likely to jam. My old Vagabond got knocked on the floor by my cat and just quit working. The improvements are significant. but I wouldn't replace a working Vagabond with this one...As long as your machine works, use it.

Answer:	I have the same problem. Have had mine since September of last year. The company sent me a new control box from China still no luck with the hat attachment. It goes to 65 degrees with no heat at all. Put the cup attachment on and it did heat up really fast no luck with other attachments followed directions and no luck so many other people love this machine wish I could love mine

They do make "job" time cards for job work however, for use in any side loading time clock like this one.

Answer:	Depends what you are looking for. This sleeping pad is somewhere in between. There is more air and thickness than a regular foam pad, but it is not as big and full of air as air mattress. Its about 2 inches thick when fully blown up. The mat is meant for camping where you can't really lug along a large air mattress. That being said it is a very comfortable sleeping pad.

Answer:	It looks like HP may have changed spec for the brightness level of their "Bright White24" inkjet paper. I purchased a ream here on Amazon a couple of months ago, just checked the packaging and it says: 100 Brightness

Answer:	People are sometimes just ignorant. Yes this will work, however, it will ruin your laser over time! As some of the people stated, inkjet paper has a coating to help the ink look good and dry. LaserPrinters work by superheating and fusing toner to the paper. This process also "melts" (not quite but close) the substance that makes inkjet paper so good for "inkjets". The paper will run fine and look good with no short-term problems. Depending on your monthly page use, you will ruin the laser (or create costly repairs if it is an office machine) in the shorter term than it could have lived. Multi use papers are popular for "consumers" who dont print much and the machines die anyway form not being used every few years. These can also foul up the machine. If you do a lot of printing and want to maintain your equipment, do not use multi purpose, ue inkjet with inkjet and laser or "copy" paper for any machine that uses a drum and toner (AKA Laser or Copy machines).

Answer:	It’s for reflective surfaces. If the laser hits a reflective surface, it will bounce back. It can reflect off and project the laser in other directions. Very dangerous. Always coat reflective surfaces in black washable paint. Or a dry erase marker. Then wipe it away. This will not cut through transparent materials. You need a CO2 laser for that kind of job. The blue diode laser will pass straight through the material even if you coat it with painters tape or black paint. It will only go as deep as an etching.

Question:	What program do you use to find the design that you use
Answer:	Yes it does. It does not come with a mat.
Question:	Does this product have a warranty
Answer:	Yes, if you print a cake on a shirt and make decorations for it then you could use it for cake decorating purposes
Question:	How long does the ink last on tshirts? Like how many washings
Answer:	I use a teflon sheet and no you don't have to press too hard. I used to use my iron and this thing is AAAAAmazing!!! Time and heat control... no more guessing or over heating.
Question:	What color of t shirts does this press work on
Answer:	Your iron may be greatly superior to mine...But the advantages that this heat press has over my iron are these: 1) I'm able set the exact temperature I need. (I didn't realize what a difference this would make!) 2) The heat press is HEAVY. I want a lightweight iron for ironing clothes, but want pressure (which weight provides) for heat transfer designs. 3) This heat press has a timer. I've been amazed how much better my work turns out when I'm a little more careful about the timing. These are the three major advantages I've found in using a heat press over my iron. To be truthful, any heat press probably delivers these. But the smaller, more compact size (even with the largest, the 12 x 10--which I purchased), and hence, easier storage when not in use...is what tipped the scales for me when choosing the Cricut over the other brands of heat presses.
