Answer:	It's wobbly when it is folded up. Pretty solid when unfolded for exercising. The one real problem I find with the bench is the spacing between the supports that hold the bar at rest. The bar wants to flip off the bench when putting weights on it above 20 lbs. A counter weight on the other end of the bar of 10 lbs seems to be enough to counter 50 lbs on the other end. Otherwise, the bench works well. It has support for both 1 inch and 2 inch weights.

There are two setting for the heat press temperature : Degree" celcius " or Degree" Fahrenheit Here is how to change the temperature from temperature Degree" celcius " to Degree" Fahrenheit " Press "OK" button for a while, when the LCD display shows "P-3" to "C", press arrow up button "△"to set F, then press "Enter" button to confirm this setting. so the temperature will be in Fahrenheit.

Before going to transfer, you're suggested to take out the temperature foam, put your T-shirt or other transfer items on it and then put the foam on the press bed, patting the whole thing to the right place.
