Answer:	No you cannot!!! Despite being clearly labelled as working OK with "120-250V" outlets, this is not the case. While on vacation in Europe my wife plugged it in to an outlet and it began sparking and almost caught on fire. This is a clear fire and safety hazard and this product should be pulled from the shelves.

Question:	Does it work well on African American or mixed curly hair
Answer:	I've had this flat iron for 5 or 6 years, I've used it for maybe about 3 of those years where my hair was a mix of natural and permed, and YES it works very well on African American hair. There is a heat controlled setting on this flat iron. So, to the person that states it's too hot and breaks an AA's hair off, first of all, not all AA's hair is the same. My hair requires a greater amount of heat to straighten. Second, I don't think they are using the setting correctly because the heat setting can be controlled. It will fry anyone's hair (fabrics, clothing, etc.) on the highest setting, which I believe is 450 deg. I keep it right around 410 deg. I use this to achieve very straight styles (or right after a shampoo and blow dry) and my mini for daily use. I also use this with a thermal protector like Mizani thermal protector. I also use to use this with the Mizani's Gloss Veil when until they stopped making it. Make a long story short, it can get very hot, but don't use it on it's highest setting.
Question:	what is the difference between the 3rd generation and regular iron
Answer:	I believe the only difference is that the 3rd generation has slightly longer plates than the regular iron. Neither of these flat irons are of the current generation, which is why they're being sold so cheaply. I think they must be a few years old, because if you look at the current 1-inch flat iron on HSI's website, it's slightly different and costs quite a bit more. That said, I bought the regular iron here and I could not be happier with it. It's everything I wanted. I can curl or straighten my hair, it doesn't burn, the temperature can be adjusted so easily. My only warning is that it doesn't have an automatic turn-off, so you need to be someone who can always remember to turn it off or unplug it.

Answer:	I have fine, thin hair. I just use the tool on the low setting. Also, you'll want to put on a heat protective spray on your damp hair before using. If you want volume I also suggest mouse or hair thickener spray.

Answer:	The black gold is coated in ceramic which is best for Coarse, dry, thicker hair. It’s less damaging. I would say their 24 gold tools are best for fine hair that is harder to hold styles.

Answer:	No you want your paint thinned or else it WILL clog the brush and its a hassle to unclog.

Answer:	It was actually a lot easier than I expected. This was my first airbrush and it worked great to me. I’d suggest cleaning every time you switch colors and when your done using it. They sell airbrush cleaner on amazon but I find windex works just as well and it’s a lot easier to get. If I break it and need a new one, I’ll buy this set again if that puts your mind at ease.

Answer:	Where did you find witch ink? Every place I check, they act like they have never heard of witch ink. If you do find some I bet the price has gone through the roof. How do you get them to hold still while you paint them? I can imamgine they don't like being painted.
Question:	I need a manual/instructions! I have no idea how to take this apart, change needles, etc. Can someone help
Answer:	Sure! First, if you need something more visual YouTube is the best place to get instructions on just about anything. But I will try my best to explaine: 1) the ring around the shaft (past the trigger towards the end) unscrews and the back end will be removed. Under this is a tightening nut that kind of locks the needle in place (it shouldn't be super tight though, the needle needs to be able to have a slight movement.) 2) Once you remove the nut you can slide the needle out. Chances are it may feel stuck, it's okay if that is the case you can use a pair of pliers to gently pull the needle out; just be careful with the needle tip once you have removed it. 2.1) The portion that the nut was attached to can also be unscrewed and removed; but doing so will loosen the trigger. It's not a big deal, you can fix that but you have to place the trigger back in the designated slots (they are very tiny notches.) Be sure that when the needle is returned it is not under the trigger; I've found holding the trigger down when inserting the needle is the best way to assure the mechanism works properly. 3) The end cap also unscrews (the point where the paint/air come out), you will want to removed this and make sure it is cleaned out.
