Answer:	It’s smooth. It’s like a big sticker over particle board. Pretty durable.

Answer:	The table is pressed wood, I suspect, but covered with a thick melamine-type coating. I use it for painting as well and it is completely waterproof and paint and pen marks scrub off fine. Doesn’t appear to scratch either. Quite durable.

Question:	What is supporting the table when it's angled? Is there a locking mechanism or is there a stick or something there physically supporting it
Answer:	There is a metal mechanism that bolts to the underside of the table and to the back frame of the desk. It's a ratchet mechanism. Tilt up a bit until you hear a click and then it will hold. Tilt more, click, hold. To release it to flat, tilt the surface all the way up and the mechanism releases to allow the surface to return to the flat position.

Answer:	The height does not adjust. The only thing that adjusts is the angle of the top.

Answer:	Yes, you do not need to attach wheels at all. They include pieces you can use in place of the wheels for table to stay put and not damage floors or sit on carpet. I did not use the wheels. You can also switch them out, they screw into bottom of frame.

Answer:	Dear customer, this drawing table is suitable for both adults and children, caused its height is adjustable, glass tabletop is also titable.

Answer:	The weight capacity of one dining chair：220lbs.
Question:	Can wheels be added to this desk
Answer:	I did this very successfully but it was not a simple process. The right way to do this is to cut a section out of the long tube and weld it back together. The best way is to put one end of the tube in the table top and mark it 1/4" away from the bracket and again 6" from that. It cuts easily with a hacksaw but it is essential that the cuts be exactly 90 degrees to the pole or the top will not finish up level. Accuracy when welding is also critical to a level top. I started with two tack welds then triple checked before seam welding it. The 1/4" offset allows the tube to mount without having to grind the spot welds flat. Note that it is necessary to grind off a section of the chrome before welding. I ground the finished weld smooth even though it is invisible under the table unless you get under it.I did this several months ago and it has been rock-solid since.

Answer:	The table height is pretty low so I don't think a wheelchair will go under it. It comes with feet that thread into the base which allows you to raise the table height an inch or so higher and to be able to level it. Wheeled casters did not come with it and I did not see any offered in the accompanied packaging or documents. If you try to get casters, be sure that they are threaded. Honestly, I consider this to be more of a small person or child's desk since it is a lot smaller than others that I have seen. It fits my 8 year old daughter pretty well for her needs.
Question:	Would you be able to fit 2 children side by side at this table? (So 4 total at table if you purchased extra seating
Answer:	The feet are threaded into the base if the desk. If you want to add wheels to it, modifications would have to be made to the base. The desk slides really easily on the large feet that comes with it si you may not need to add wheels. My 8 year old daughter uses this desk for her art work and she likes it as is.

Answer:	Yes, if they are small. I would say most kids 4 and under could sit side by side fairly comfortably. It would likely be tight, but doable for older preschoolers.
