Answer:	Mine was stitched into the leather, but with twine, not leather strips.

Answer:	Usually if an item is coated, yes after a certain amount of time the gold coating will wear off especially with daily wear!!

Answer:	I believe this pens are made in China. I’ve had other model I bought through AliExpress, and I loved them. This are super fine tip, and blue ink. Mine write smooth and bright.
