Answer:	Not likely. They don’t smell like permanent markers. They’re more like regular markers but with a brush-like tip.

Answer:	These are just OK. I don't recommend these (regardless of the brightness) as the tips will fray easily (with little to no use) and it will be frustrating to try to learn with these. Recommend Artline Stix brush markers instead and the colors on those are nice and bright!

Answer:	It's not a bulb, it's LED. The standard with LED is nothing replaceable. The lifespan of a quality LED is like 50,000 hours; equal to turned on for like 5 years. That varies for what type of LED and how it's all built but I think it's safe to say a quality brand LED light like this one will outlast your expectations. The LED would be a part from the manufacturer if needed because they are not a universal replaceable part like a bulb.

Answer:	The end cap separates at the red band. Grip the end cap above the red band and twist counter clockwise ( rightee tightee, leftee loosee as my wife says) . If grip is difficult you can use a rubber lid remover or wide jaw pliers (slip joint pliers) with something to protect the flashlight from the jaws of the pliers. ( a deflated balloon would work) The main body of the flashlight has flats so you can use another set of pliers to hold that.
